2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM MST on 03/17/2026 and ends at 11:59 AM MST on 03/31/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

The winner will be selected on 04/01/2026 and may be publicly announced on 04/01/2026.

3. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Are legal residents of Arizona

• Own the home where the prize service will be installed

• Own a home located within the following service areas:

Queen Creek

San Tan Valley

Chandler

Mesa

Fountain Hills

Gilbert

Apache Junction

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Biegs Handyman & Home Services are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the entry form located on the Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period.

The entry form may request the following information:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Property address

• Project interest information

Only one entry per household will be accepted.

There are no bonus entries and no purchase is required to participate.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A professionally installed residential misting system package valued at up to $5,000.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000

The prize includes:

• Materials

• Labor

• Standard installation: defined as work performed on a roof less than 12 feet in height, with clear and unobstructed access. The installation area must be structurally sound and free of existing damage, rot, or mold, and suitable to support the system. A functional water supply and electrical power source must be available within reasonable proximity to the installation location. If water or power access is not available, installation of these utilities can be provided at an additional cost.

Prize is awarded as a specific service package provided by the Sponsor.

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Prize Conditions

The winner must:

• Sign a standard service agreement prior to work beginning

• Allow before-and-after photos of the project

• Allow project filming and testimonial use

• Allow the Sponsor to use photos and footage for marketing purposes

The prize:

• Must be redeemed and scheduled within 30 days of winner confirmation

• Is valid only for properties within the Sponsor’s service area

• Does not include permits or permit-related costs

• Is not valid for structural work or hazardous conditions

If the total project cost exceeds the prize value, the winner may elect to pay the difference.

All work is subject to site inspection and must meet safe working conditions as determined by the Sponsor.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted using randomized software from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via:

• Phone

• Email

The selected winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification attempt.

If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Taxes

The prize value exceeds $600 and therefore the winner may be required to complete a W-9 tax form.

Sponsor may issue a 1099-MISC tax form to the winner for the value of the prize.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

10. Marketing & Privacy

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree that:

• Their contact information may be added to the Sponsor’s marketing email list.

• They may receive marketing communications from the Sponsor.

• They may unsubscribe at any time.

The winner agrees that Sponsor may use:

• Winner’s name

• Project photos

• Project video

• Testimonials

for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Incomplete entries

• Technical failures

• Website interruptions

• Lost or delayed communications

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants release and hold harmless Biegs Handyman & Home Services, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
